How do you price your work?
Language Marketplace uses a combination of in-house and freelance interpreters. Pricing for either is based upon a low rate for all languages - well over 100 languages! Certain types of interactions require specialized interpreters - Simultaneous Conference Interpreters are priced on a quote basis. As you'll find out very quickly, our prices are the best in the industry - guaranteed!
How do you ensure confidentiality of information that is interpreted?
All Language Marketplace interpreters abide by a Professional Code of Ethics set by professional associations around the world. This implies full confidentiality and non-disclosure of clients' information. A copy of our Code of Ethics is available upon request.
Who will manage my business at Language Marketplace?
We will assign a Coordinator to your account once we start working with you. This person will be your contact regarding any future requirements as well. You will always be able to contact your Account Coordinator with any questions that you may have.
How do you select Interpreters for my interaction or Conference?
All our language professionals are certified, accredited, and/or hold linguistic degrees. When we select an Interpreter for you, we make sure that they have the language expertise as well as the in-depth technical experience to handle your unique subject matter.
I need to call talk with someone right away?
Should you have any problem or question during the interactions, please call us right away. In most cases, you will need to speak with your Coordinator who, if needed, can refer you to other departments within our company. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency services! Just use our paging service and we'll return your call ASAP.
